Keldrin LLC runs keldrin.co. The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form. It is used to reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, and message, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number and the “what’s this about” selection. Only the name, email, and message are required.
That submission is stored in a private database (hosted by Supabase, in the United States) and a notification email is sent to Keldrin so we see it. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming it arrived. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both are service providers acting on our behalf; neither uses your message for their own purposes.
How it gets used
To read your message and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it back up later. If a conversation moves toward an actual transaction, information you share in that process is handled under whatever confidentiality terms the two of us agree to at the time.
How long it is kept
Contact submissions are retained while there is a reasonable prospect of an ongoing conversation, and reviewed periodically after that. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for operational and security purposes. This is ordinary web-hosting activity and is not used to build a profile of you.
Third-party requests
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. Photographs, icons, and every other asset are served from keldrin.co itself. There are no analytics, advertising, or social media scripts on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@keldrin.co and we will handle it directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; tell us and we will honour them.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
